At the Dean’s Office we will be happy to help you out.
You can contact the Dean’s Office about the following issues:
- Issuance of a certificate about the student status
- Signing a student contract
- Pick-up your student ID
- Issuance of a Graduation Certificate
- Issuance of a Graduation Diploma
- Application for an Individual Study program addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application for an extension of an exam session addressed to the ap propriate Dean
- Application for recognition of grades from other universities/majors addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application for a change of supervisor addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application to update the student status after a lapse (e.g. due to a non-payment of tuition fees) addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application for reactivation of studies addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application to resume the studies in order to take the MA defence exam addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application for granting a dean’s leave addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application to pay the tuition fees in instalments, including the fees for repeated subjects, addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Application for an exam before a board addressed to the appropriate Dean
- Applications and other matters related to university scholarships
- Payment questions and issues
Please note that some applications must be approved beforehand by the appropriate director from the Institute.

Secretary Office for International Students
At the secretary’s office we will be happy to help you out.
You can take care of several things here:
- Signing up: optional classes and seminars
- Signing-up ERSAMUS+ students chosen courses
- USOS-related matters (e.g. group affiliation, lack of information about student’s courses, course change)
- Teaching-related matters (e.g. schedule questions, room assignment)
- Student activity-related matters (e.g. applications for student projects addressed to the Director of the Institute, room renting, audio and video equipment renting)

Office hours:
- Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: closed for students
- Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday: closed
